Nicole joined Launch Marketing in August of 2011 as an Account Manager and quickly received a promotion to Senior Account Manager. She has most recently been promoted to Account Director due to her exceptional client service and responsiveness, strategic thinking and precise execution of integrated marketing programs. Nicole has a central focus on marketing automation and is Marketo Certified while also leading and significantly contributing to achieving clients’ business and marketing objectives through various other activities such as branding, user conferences and events, content development, social marketing and more.

Prior to joining Launch Marketing, Nicole worked on both agency and client side roles for companies primarily in the technology space. As the Director of Brand Development at a global branding agency, she led the development of new brand identities for a variety of B2B and consumer clients. Before that, she worked as the Marketing Communications Manager at Emergent Technologies Inc. where she managed advertising, marketing, and public relations campaigns. Early in her professional career, Nicole was a Media Planner at GSD&M for the AT&T SMB account where she utilized traditional and digital media to promote the business.
