Austin marketing firm impresses judges with unique campaign approach
Launch Marketing, provider of turn-key marketing services for companies in the technology industry, won the Silver Award at Event Marketer Magazine’s 2008 Ex Awards for Best Integrated B2B Trade Show Campaign.
The 2008 Ex Awards received over 700 entries from 17 different countries representing a mix of marketers, agencies, suppliers and manufactures. With 26 different categories, Launch Marketing was nominated for the Best Integrated B2B Trade Show Campaign for the “Get a Taste of High Definition” campaign developed on behalf of its client LifeSize Communications.
The award winning campaign, “Get a Taste of High Definition,” was developed to generate leads and showcase LifeSize Communications’ high definition video communications at a heavily attended industry event. Launch Marketing developed and executed an integrated campaign, which highlighted the benefits of using high definition video conferencing in a unique and engaging way. Located at an event in Las Vegas, Nevada, the LifeSize booth presence included an interactive wine and cheese tasting for onsite event attendees led by a sommelier in Austin, Texas. This cohesive campaign was promoted and branded using pre, onsite and post-show marketing and was well received amongst event attendees.
Recognized alongside some of the most respected integrated event marketing agencies in the industry, Launch Marketing received the Silver Award for its unique approach and success on this campaign.
